We want you to love your STONEMERI piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Personalized or custom pieces are not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email STONEMERI at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Jewelry Care & Maintenance

To keep your STONEMERI minimalist jewelry looking beautiful for years to come, we recommend following these simple care guidelines:

General Care:

  • Avoid Water & Chemicals: Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or applying lotions, perfumes, and makeup. These can tarnish the metal finish.

  • Store Properly: When not in use, store your pieces in the provided pouch or a dry jewelry box to prevent scratches and oxidation.

  • Clean Gently: Use a soft, dry polishing cloth to gently wipe away fingerprints and light tarnish. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Material-Specific Tips:

  • Sterling Silver: Can naturally develop a slight patina over time. Use the included polishing cloth to restore its shine.

  • Gold Plated / Gold Filled: Extra care is needed. Keep away from harsh cleaning agents. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing to maintain its golden glow.

  • Pearls & Mother of Pearl: Avoid prolonged exposure to water. Wipe with a damp soft cloth and dry immediately. Keep away from perfume.
